Sadly... no, sorry.
The showcase video was created with MaterialUI in Unity, but we used our tweening system to manually animate a lot of the elements (still very easy to do, but not so great when you're dealing with interactive UI).
One of the major features we're going to support is a powerful lists system, which will include the ability to rearrange the items via drag-n-drop (or however you'd like) at runtime. Sadly, we don't have an eta other than "later, when it's ready".
